How do I find out the applications installed in my PC?

How can I find out when I installed something? I forget where i have put after installing a software or something else.
Or I want to uninstall it and delete all of the files when I don't need them anymore.

1.Control Panel - Add/Remove Programs shows you a list of programs you installed.
or
start -- all programs - find it there?


If the installation went wrong somewhere and the program does not show up in control panel, take a look at the following Registry key:

(broken into 3 lines but really on one line. Remove the spaces which are necessary to display properly)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \
Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \
Uninstall

2.If you want to uninstall and remove the original files, right click it and find the access in property.
