Can you uninstalled Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications?

You can use the Add/Remove programs to check Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications，but you can not use the Add/Remove programs to add or delete it.
what you can do to it is to disable the Windows Genuine Advantage Notifications temporarily. Information from the Microsoft.
