How to uninstall the yahoo toolbar?

I don't have that pencil symbol on the toolbar so how do I get it, or tell me any other way to uninstall it.

Then control panel
Then add or remove programs
Click that and then you see all these programs
Then find yahoo toolbar
Select itand after it's highlighted click the uninstall or remove(:
