Given the silence in here I am sure that everyone else in the world who uses the product has no problems at all since they clicked the ok button to the following question :
"This product has an upgrade, would you like to install it now?" It's lovely to be unique isn't it? I get PU.exe has stopped working and (maybe coincidentaly) most of the other unistlilation options of older programmes create a run-time error. Bonus! The problems began when I pressed "yes" to that upgrade. John Lennon loved Yoko because of her expression of "yes" at the end of a step-ladder...I, however, love an upgrade that does not "nuke all". Call me an art-critic if you will. At my own expense (and yeah, this guy charges more per hour than I earn in a morning) there will be a tech trying to sort out what the heck happened to this machine of mine....You could save me half my income this month if anyone out there has a clue on how I can fix this? |

Hi,
Why this problem happened is that you must have launched Perfect Uninstaller when our developer uploaded this new version. To solve your problem, please do as follows, First, please uninstall Perfect Uninstaller from the Start> Program List> Perfect Uninstaller> Uninstall Perfect Uninstaller. Second, please download Perfect Uninstaller again from Perfect Uninstaller - A Better and Easier Uninstaller and reinstall it. |
