Lost sound card

After installing perfectuninstaller, I uninstalled some things. As a result, I no longer have a sound card. When I restored my computer to a date before perfectuninstaller, the sound card was there. How can I fix this problem.

Please run Perfect Uninstaller and use the "Option"->"Restore Registry" to restore the registry to a previous state,and restore files from the recycle bin (files deleted into the recycle bin).

If you lost your sound card due to other reasons, you can get it back as follows:
1. Locate your driver and find out its details.
2. Download a new installation file from the manufacturer' website and install it again.
