So, I bought Perfect Uninstaller, forced the uninstall of Malware Bell. It's still on this computer.

So, I bought Perfect Uninstaller, forced the uninstall of Office 2003. When I re-install old links to deleted (previously) corrupted files are still active. Links to multiple contact address books are still active.

Clearly it was not un-installed.

You can try to use "Special Uninstall". Before removing, make sure that you close all IE windows. Then use the Special Uninstall to remove Microsoft Office 2003 which will display on the list and then follow the guide. Thank you!
