Help with Installing Program

I purchased this program several days ago and while it appears to be a phenomenal program, I am getting error messages. The primary one is a RUNDLL Error Loading Message and try as I have, I need some help. There are now some less important error messages that follow that one, but they quite possibly might be from me messing up the entire thing trying to fix it.

Please, please someone help me get this fixed so I can use it. Thanking you much. Hope this is the right venue to post this, if not, being a newbie, tell me which one I should be in. Thanks much. Michalann

Please run Perfect Uninstaller and use the "Option"->"Restore Registry" to restore the registry to a previous state.
